December 19, 05 -- Debris fills a construction container ready here for pick-up. The lines and the proportions of the house are finally fully emerging. Note the large magnolia tree on the right in the photo. The tree survived the ice storm unscathed and J.V., the County Extension Agent commented while visiting Saturday, “If it didn’t come down Wednesday, it’s not coming down.” The tree is located near the approximate location of the original outhouse.
