November 2007 - New brick piers with concrete foundations replace the concrete blocks that the house sat on since the late 1940's. Also, new sill plate have been added and the house was raise a remarkable 7 1/2 inches at the NE corner. A special thanks goes to Jim Peterman and No Problem Builders in Tryon who did an incredible job making it happen. We could not have done it without them.
